Egypt and ITFC discussed expanding trade finance cooperation and supporting key development sectors.
Egypt’s nuclear authority hosted a WANO delegation to strengthen cooperation on the El Dabaa nuclear project.
The agreement was signed during an official visit by Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Karim Badawi to Algeria, in the presence of Algerian Minister of Energy and Mines Mohamed Arkab.
Rostom said the government is intensifying efforts to secure energy supplies and maintain a strategic stockpile of essential commodities.
The meeting also reviewed the Egyptian government’s efforts through the “Central Crisis Management Committee” to respond to current economic and geopolitical challenges.
